We ship as quickly as possible, Monday to Friday (excluding Finnish holidays).

Where We Ship
  • Finland & EU: Standard & express options
  • International (if available): via trusted couriers (DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS)
Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • If your order includes pre‑order items, it will ship together once all items are in stock

Finland / EU

  • Standard: 5–12 business days (No insurance)
  • Express: 3–7 business days (Up to €100 insured)

International

  • Standard: 10–20 business days (No insurance)
  • Express: 4–10 business days (Up to €100 insured)
Tracking & insurance
  • Tracking details will be emailed once shipped, you can also find it in your user profile.
  • Delivery insurance (up to €100) applies to express shipments.
  • If marked delivered but not received, please check neighbors or courier first—we can't replace marked-as-delivered packages without insurance.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
  • Wrong addresses: we’ll refund the item cost, excluding original shipping. If you’d like re‑shipment, a new fee applies.
  • Returned-to-sender packages due to incorrect addresses are not refunded or returned.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We ship as quickly as possible, Monday to Friday (excluding Finnish holidays).

Standard Returns
  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners—no pet hair or added smells.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Specify your return request via email; returns accepted only after approval.
  • Inspection takes 1–2 weeks – credit issued after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
  • Domestic (Finland/EU): return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty.
  • International: you cover return shipping; costs deducted from store credit.
Non‑Returnable Items
  • Underwear, bodysuits, sale/clearance items, and sensitive items (e.g., stockings) are non‑returnable.
  • Minor color/size differences or change‑of‑mind are not grounds for refund or exchange.
No Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead:

  • Return the unwanted item (if eligible), receive store credit
